Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented **Retail Sales Associate** to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and returns.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues, assist with digital platforms, or optimize point-of-sale systems is a plus.

**Experience**:

- Previous **jewelry retail sales** experience preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Cashiering experience and ability to handle cash transactions.
- Basic math skills for calculating discounts, taxes, and change.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Secondary School (preferred).
- **Experience**: Jewelry Retail Sales
- Sales: 3 years (required).
- Customer service: 3 years (required).
- IT or tech-related experience (preferred but not required).

**Job Type**:

- Full-time

Pay:

- $16.55-$19.17 per hour

Expected Hours:

- 20 - 40 per week
