Reporting to the Operations Manager, the **Manufacturing Supervisor** is responsible for the process, quality and production of Titan Products. This role oversees the training and supervision of Production staff.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead production staff, assisting them in resolving any issues that arise during the entire manufacturing process of all product lines manufactured by Titan Logix. This would include;
- Identify, correct, and report as necessary, all production capacity, quality and safety related issues.
- Ensure compliance with all processes and procedures.
- Assist in the identification, and the ultimate resolution, of non-conforming materials.
- Testing and calibrating products
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: engineers, software developers, and QA analysts to ensure cohesive system integration
- Understand and remain current with the various industry standards (SAE, ISO) and regulatory standards (CMVSS/FMVSS, FCC, IC) affecting ECU designs.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for department training, processes and procedures.
- Guide manufacturing staff, to ensure manufacturing resources are effectively utilized, in an effort to achieve production scheduling requirements.
- Support and assist the engineering department with the development and prototyping, updates to released products and reporting issues.
- Lead facility support: Assistance with building maintenance and Backup for Operations Manager (including purchasing and manufacturing planning)
- Maintenance of Production Equipment: Ensure all test equipment is calibrated and functioning as required Maintain clean and organized production area
- Lead CSA Quarterly Audits
- train and facilitate shipping and receiving
- Assist in the evaluation of all manufacturing processes, in an effort to develop, and implement, a comprehensive documented quality control system. This would include the following: Manufacturing assembly and test procedures, incoming materials inspection procedures and check lists, Documentation control standards, Quality control procedures, Safety and Health procedures.
- Assist in the managing and maintaining of inventory of goods sold by Titan Logix to ensure optimal inventory of raw materials and finished goods: Manufacturing, Control building of products, Maintain quality control of Titan products and production area, Lead investigation and champion Titan product Corrective actions, In conjunction with Operations manager monitor inventory levels of Titan products
- Training and management of all Production Staff
- Create and update work instructions and also update firmware.
- Maintain a safe production environment

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelors degree, Diploma, Trade Certificate or equivalent years of experience in a relevant discipline
- 5+ years manufacturing experience
- 5+ years leadership experience
- ERP experience considered an asset
- Experience with microcontrollers, microprocessors and electronics

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
