**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Utilize knowledge of supply chain logistics, including freight and 3PL, to assist customers effectively.
- Communicate clearly and professionally via phone systems, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure timely bookings and updating customers were needed while communicating with operators when needed.
- Manage customer inquiries using transportation management systems to streamline processes.
- Type reports and documentation accurately to maintain organized records of daily activities.
**Skills**
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles.
- Experience with shipping and receiving processes.
- Proficiency in using phone systems with excellent phone etiquette skills.
- Knowledge of freight operations and 3PL services is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Analytical skills to assess data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems is advantageous.
Pay: $34.00-$38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
