We are Kaycan, Canada's leading manufacturer and distributor of exterior building materials. We are currently seeking an **Inventory Control Analyst **to oversee the execution and quality of all inventory procedures to maintain an accurate inventory.

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday - day shift
**Job status**: Full time - Permanent

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to the vibrancy of our inventory department as a team member
- Oversee all aspects of inventory including accuracy of inventory transfers, adjustments, receiving and cycle counting
- Responsible for coordinating the physical inventory of branches/plants
- Responsible for coordinating branch/plant cycle count
- Compile results, update reports and measure accuracy of physical inventories
- Perform audits of recounts, analyze results and make adjustments as necessary
- Establish and publish performance metrics to monitor and improve warehouse performance
- Develop warehouse staff through training and continuous improvement programs
- Ensure company policies regarding inventory, returns, receiving, shipping, samples and damages are followed
- Work with key personnel to effectively implement process improvements to increase the operational efficiency of the unit
- Communicate effectively between cross-functional teams and management
- Identify any risk trends to management
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including: Excel, Word, and Outlook

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in inventory control or similar experience
- Previous experience with warehouse management and ERP systems and processes is an asset
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent written and spoken bilingualism: French and English
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Positive attitude, team oriented and quick problem solver
- Be available to work weekends on occasion
