**Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Window Installer helper to join our dedicated team at Alberta Vinyl Windows & Doors Ltd. As a Window Installer helper, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful installation of our high-quality products, contributing to the transformation of homes for our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Install windows and doors according to specifications and building codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installations.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation tasks.
- Perform necessary adjustments and repairs during the installation process.
- Ensure proper sealing and caulking around installed products to prevent air and water leaks.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding installation processes and timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a window installer or similar role in construction.
- Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in window installation.
- Basic knowledge of drywall work is an asset but not mandatory.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
