**The Opportunity**

This position involves **on-site daily work**, ensuring installations meet company standards, maintaining job site organization, and troubleshooting as needed. It is an excellent opportunity for a skilled installer seeking long-term career growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform **hands-on installation and service** of windows and doors.
- Maintain **clean, organized, and safe** job sites while following safety protocols.
- Read and interpret **architectural drawings and blueprints** to ensure precision.
- Work closely with **project managers** to track job progress and manage materials.
- Use **Project Management Software** for scheduling and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with **clients, project managers, and team members**.
- Load, transport, and install products **without damage**.
- Complete **interior and exterior trim work** with various materials.
- Travel within **Calgary and surrounding areas**, with occasional overnight stays for remote projects.

**Qualifications**
- **3-5 years of experience** in window and door installation or carpentry.
- Skilled with **hand and power tools**.
- Strong understanding of **construction safety protocols** (ASTM-E2112 knowledge is a plus).
- Ability to **problem-solve and troubleshoot** installation challenges.
- **Proficiency with computers** (BuilderTrend experience is a plus).
- Valid **driver’s license** and **reliable vehicle**.
- Physically capable of lifting up to **100 lbs** and working in various weather conditions.
- Must provide **own hand tools**; **power tools and specialty tools provided by the company**.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **$35 - $45 per hour**, based on experience.
