**Compensation**: Competitive Salary + Benefits (Base salary + bonus)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership & Daily Operations**: Oversee the daily operations of the London office, ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining a professional and collaborative work environment.
- **Recruitment**: Actively recruit licensed mortgage agents and develop non-licensed individuals interested in pursuing a career in mortgage brokering. This includes cold calling, outreach, and managing recruitment strategies.
- **Agent Support**: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly support to our agents. This includes addressing inquiries related to mortgage availability, eligibility, insurance, policy changes, transfers, and claims processing.
- **Team Training & Support**: Deliver comprehensive training, onboarding, and ongoing support to new agents, equipping them with the knowledge and resources needed to succeed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Fluent in English with **excellent written, verbal, and listening skills**.
- **Experience**: Proven background in recruiting, business development, or cold calling (preferred not required).
- **Leadership**: Demonstrated ability to manage teams, recruit talent, and foster a productive working environment.
- **Detail-Oriented & Responsible**: A patient, responsible leader who can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Recruiting & Cold Calling**: Strong experience in recruiting and cold calling is preferred, as you will be responsible for daily recruitment efforts.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the mortgage industry and local market trends is a plus.

Pay: $19.17-$40.00 per hour
