Hiring | Student Recruitment Contractor (Commission-Based, Flexible Hours)

NPC College of Arts and Design is seeking motivated independent contractors to serve as Student Recruitment Representatives.

Position Type: Independent Contractor (Commission-Only, Flexible Hours)

Primary Goal:

- Enroll students into NPC College programs by presenting and promoting our courses to prospective students and parents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Explain our program offerings and admission process clearly and professionally.
- Develop and maintain recruitment channels through online and offline methods.
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns and participate in events to support enrollment growth.

Compensation:Commission-only pay structure based on each successful enrollment.Set your own hours and work at your own pace.Gain valuable experience and build connections in the art education field.Outstanding contributors may be invited for long-term or expanded collaboration.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in sales, consulting, or marketing (education sector preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Access to existing recruitment channels or networks is a strong asset.

**Location**:

- Work remotely from anywhere. Participation in events at our Richmond campus is encouraged.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
