**Responsibilities**:

- Research equipment and applicant to ensure no criminal background, no fraud/ scams associated with applicant using websites such as Google, Facebook etc.
- Keep up to date with financial and market trends within various industries.
- Prepare lease documents ensuring accurate spelling of names and financing numbers are correct.
- Examine new financial opportunities through research and marketing efforts.
- Keep accurate paper records for lease files.
- Meet all legal and ethical requirements.

Skills Required:

- Adaptability
- Detail Oriented
- Strong Research Skills
- Minimum 1 year experience using Microsoft Suite products
- Willing/ eager to learn
- Organized

**Salary**: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
