Responsabilités principales:
- Effectuer les activités d'achat des matières premières, des produits finis et de tout autre matériel requis.
- Gérer les calendriers d'achat pour respecter les commandes et les niveaux de stock minimums.
- Maintenir un inventaire mensuel et s'assurer que les niveaux de stock sont adéquats.
- Traiter les demandes d'approvisionnement et passer les bons de commande auprès des fournisseurs approuvés en temps opportun.
- Générer des rapports de conseils d'achat et passer les commandes en conséquence.
- Assurer la livraison ponctuelle des produits par les fournisseurs.
- Maintenir un suivi précis des commandes et communiquer les calendriers aux départements concernés.
- Veiller à ce que la documentation relative aux expéditions, commandes, inventaires, fournisseurs et à la conformité soit précise et à jour.
- Coordonner le transport avec les fournisseurs et communiquer les calendriers de livraison aux départements internes.
- Négocier les prix et obtenir des devis de transport auprès des transporteurs approuvés.
- Soutenir la planification des stocks et les décisions opérationnelles avec des prévisions et rapports détaillés des clients.
- Rechercher et évaluer de nouveaux fournisseurs pour améliorer l'efficacité de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
- Informer des augmentations de coûts et maintenir les feuilles de coûts de nomenclature (Bill of Materials).
- Entrer et mettre à jour les informations produits (UGS, prix, etc.) dans le système ERP.
- Comptabiliser les réceptions, factures et notes de crédit d'achat.
- Aider le Superviseur de la production dans le contrôle des achats, des stocks et des problèmes de qualité.
- Surveiller et gérer les non-conformités des produits retournés.
- Communiquer rapidement les problèmes d'inventaire au Gestionnaire de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
Exigences du poste:
- Bilingue : français et anglais (écrit et parlé)
- 2-3 ans d'expérience en achats
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel et Outlook)
- Connaissance des systèmes de planification des ressources de l'entreprise (ERP), de la gestion des stocks et des coûts des produits manufacturés

**Ce poste est offert dans le cadre d’un contrat d’un an pour remplacement de congé de maternité. Il comprend une période d’essai de six (6) mois, après laquelle l’horaire de travail pourra être hybride.**
**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform purchasing activities for raw materials, finished goods, and any other materials.
- Manage purchasing schedules to meet order/stock keeping minimums.
- Maintain monthly inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Run requisition lines and place purchase orders with approved vendors in a timely manner.
- Run purchase advice reports and place purchase orders accordingly.
- Ensure timely delivery of products from vendors.
- Maintain accurate order tracking and communicate schedules to involved departments.
- Ensure documentation related to shipments, orders, inventory, vendors, and compliance is precise and up-to-date.
- Coordinate transportation from vendors and communicate delivery schedules to internal departments.
- Negotiate pricing and obtain freight quotes from approved carriers.
- Support inventory planning and operational decisions with detailed customer forecasts and reports.
- Source and evaluate new vendors to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Advise on cost increases and maintain Bill of Material cost sheets.
- Input and update product information (SKUs, pricing, etc.) into the ERP system.
- Post receipts, invoices, and purchase credit memos.
- Assist the Production Supervisor with purchasing/inventory controls and quality issues.
- Monitor and manage non-conformities for returned products.
- Communicate inventory issues promptly to the Supply Chain Manager.
Hiring Requirements:
- Bilingual: French and English (written and spoken)
- 2-3 years’ experience in Purchasing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook)
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, inventory management, and costing for manufactured products
**This position is offered as a one-year contract for maternity leave replacement. It includes a six (6) month probationary period, after which the work schedule may be hybrid.**
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
