**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and lead a team of associates, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
- Oversee daily activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Engage with customers to enhance their experience, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Manage sales operations, including cashiering duties and the use of POS systems.
- Conduct training sessions for new employees on sales techniques and customer service practices.
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide feedback to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate administrative records related to inventory, sales reports, and employee performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within a retail or sales environment.
- Strong skills in supervising, negotiating, and managing administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in cashiering and familiarity with POS systems.
- Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Ability to motivate team members and foster a positive work environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.40-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
