**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in all installation functions associated with the addition, modification and removal of all technology equipment, hardware, testing, drilling and running cabling, terminate network Indoor and Outdoor Ethernet cable into RJ-45 ends
- Program and provision CPE (Customer Premise Equipment)
- Installation and servicing of wireless internet to residential and business customers
- Comfortable working safely at heights due to extensive ladder work, manlift work, tower climbing, (up to 100 ft freestanding towers) and working on roofs
- Accurately complete work orders and process payments
- Available to work overtime and after hours as needed
- Must be able to lift minimum 50lbs
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers in a positive and professional manner

**EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**:

- Strong computer and technical skills
- Operate power tools skillfully
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with a positive approach to customer service
- Well organized with good time management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and adapt to new technology/industry changes
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Safety Certifications: Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platforms, WHMIS
- A valid G-class driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Must be willing to provide Criminal Reference Check upon conditional offer

**PPE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Safety shoes
- Hard hat
