**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Installation and servicing of wireless internet to residential and business customers
- Perform all installation functions associated with the addition, modification and removal of all technology equipment, hardware, testing, drilling and running cabling, terminate network Indoor and Outdoor Ethernet cable into RJ-45 ends
- Program and provision CPE (Customer Premise Equipment)
- Assess and troubleshoot equipment on site and/or over the phone
- Comfortable working safely at heights due to extensive ladder work, manlift work, tower climbing, (up to 100 ft freestanding towers) and working on roofs
- Accurately complete work orders and process payments
- Available to work overtime and after hours as needed
- Must be able to lift minimum 50lbs

**EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED**:

- 2 year previous experience in technical related fields
- CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+ certification would be preferred.
- Must be able to tow trailers
- Operate power tools skillfully
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written, with a positive approach to customer service
- Well organized with good time management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and adapt to new technology/industry changes
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Safety Certifications: Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platforms
- A valid G-class driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
- Must be willing to provide Criminal Reference Check upon conditional offer

**PPE REQUIREMENTS**
- Safety shoes
- Hard hat
