**The Role**
Kaycan has an exciting career opportunity for a** Production Lead Supervisor** based in Smith Falls to join our team. This is a great chance to join a Top Employer and contribute to our growth and success.

Under the supervision of the Plant Manager, the Production Lead Supervisor will manage a team of 4 people and plan production activities.

**Schedule**:Monday to Friday

**Shifts**: 8 hours

**Tasks**:

- Ensuring compliance with our high quality standards
- Good command of the Microsoft suite
- Perform job analysis of completed orders
- Ensure quality of raw materials from suppliers
- Ensure the smooth order flow on production lines
- Review and submit production reports
- Inform managers of production trends
- Report any non-compliant situations and discuss the actions to be taken
- Ensuring sound management of discipline and labour relations
- Provide technical support when required
- Collaborate with production supervisors and maintenance departments

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in personnel management
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience managing unionized staff - An asset
- Knowledge of coil coating
- Good knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety standards
