**The Role**
Kaycan has an exciting career opportunity for a** Shift Supervisor** based in Smith Falls to join our team. This is a great chance to join a Top Employer and contribute to our growth and success.

Under the supervision of the Lead Supervisor, the Shift Supervisor will manage a team and plan production activities.

**Schedule**:Continental Shift - 2 weeks days and 2 weeks of nights

**Shifts**: 12 hours

**Tasks**:

- Ensuring compliance with our high quality standards
- Ensure the management of the production team in place for the shift
- Ensure the smooth running of operations on production lines
- Review and submit production reports
- Inform managers of production trends
- Report any non-compliant situations and discuss the actions to be taken
- Ensuring sound management of discipline and labour relations
- Provide technical support when required
- Collaborate with quality and maintenance departments

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in personnel management
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience managing unionized staff - An asset
- Good knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety standards
