The Jim Pattison Auto Group has an opportunity for a full-time Parts Advisor to join our Toyota Victoria Team

**Overview**:
Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients. As a Parts Advisor, you must be self-motivated, high energy, a team player and results-oriented with a proven track of customer service excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promptly meet and greet parts customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Listen to customers’ reasons for requesting certain parts and accessories.
- Offer appropriate parts or accessories to satisfy customer requirements.
- Provide accurate quotes for all parts or accessories recommended.
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.
- Ensure all parts are inspected upon arrival and any damages noted.
- Process returns regularly based on the required guidelines.
- Efficiently provide parts to technicians for vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Contact potential new wholesale customers and ask for business.
- Ensure inventory is accurately maintained.
- Attend training courses as directed by Parts management.

**What we value**:

- Experience with ordering, tracking and stocking required.
- Forward-facing customer service experience or sales experience.
- Automotive parts experience is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with DMS software such as CDK an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and realistic time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and on own initiative.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ease.
