**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service and automotive parts knowledge while meeting the needs of all telephone and walk-in customers.
- Provide aftermarket auto part & accessory recommendations.
- Provide paint product selection advice and colour matching expertise.
- Provide paint mixing services.
- Work diligently with fellow staff at the store, region and organization levels in order to find the right solutions for customers.
- Seize every opportunity to grow your automotive knowledge.
- Perform a variety of tasks throughout the store to ensure the team’s success.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years counter sales experience and excellent mechanical/automotive parts knowledge is required.
- Previous automotive paint and body experience is required.
- Experience with PPG, 3M, Carworx, Mirka, and Norton paint products is an asset.
- Ability to write and pass the AIA Inside Sales Associate Course.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive manner in person and over the phone.
- Familiarity with parts catalogues and inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift items up to 50lbs and knowledge of workplace safety procedures and the ability to adhere to the Lordco Occupational Health and Safety program.

Starting wage is $23 - $29/hour, based on experience.
