**The duties include**:

- Leading and training a team of enthusiastic landscape technicians
- Communicating with customers and suppliers daily in professional manner
- Overseeing all tangible aspects of assigned projects
- Contributing ideas to management to help build out efficiencies in the field and between the office and the field
- Monitoring and updating management on labour budgets throughout the course of the project

**Experience and Requirements**:

- Valid B.C. drivers license, and clean drivers abstract
- 5 years of landscape construction experience
- 2 years in a supervisory position in the landscape industry

**Additional assets (but not required)**:

- Familiarity with LMN software and time tracking
- Red Seal Horticulture ticket

**Salary**: $28.00-$38.00 per hour
