About the Role

As a **Treatment Coordinator**, you'll be the heart of the patient experience. From explaining treatment plans to arranging appointments and financial options, you’ll help ensure every visit runs smoothly and patients leave with confidence in their care.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Presenting treatment plans and financial options clearly to patients.
- Scheduling and managing appointments, including follow-ups for missed or pending treatments.
- Coordinating daily patient flow with the clinical team for efficiency and clarity.
- Working with patients on pre-authorizations, paperwork, and financial arrangements.
- Communicating effectively with dentists and team members to ensure seamless service.
- Answering and returning patient phone calls in a professional, caring manner.
- Upholding Monarch Dentistry’s policies and service excellence standards.

What We’re Looking For

**Ideal qualifications**:

- Experience managing dental appointments and optimizing schedules.
- Knowledge of patient privacy and confidentiality standards.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Previous dental assisting experience is a strong asset.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive.
- Great interpersonal communication with a patient-first mindset.
- Experience using dental software (e.g., Dentrix) is a plus.
