**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes and standards.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic flair, ensuring visual appeal and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Package finished products for display or sale, ensuring they are presented attractively.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menu items that align with customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers about our pastry offerings.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines within the kitchen environment.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in pastry making.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Experience with cake decorating techniques is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed to meet business demands.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
