**YOUR MISSIONS**:

- Your responsibilities:

- Prepares deposits for the various entities of the group
- Reconciles credit card statements, insurance, etc.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Validate cash receipts in the Microsoft Dynamics AX system.
- Record payroll entries
- Responds to requests for credit card coupons.
- Performs general office work such as sending faxes, photocopying, processing mail, taking calls and filing files.
- Performs all other related tasks.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Your profile:

- A first experience in a similar position.
- Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Demonstrate initiative, autonomy and resourcefulness.
- Being able to manage several files at the same time and to work under pressure.
- Adapt to tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate good team spirit.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX accounting software and branch experience are assets.
- Possess functional English.
