**Description** Reporting to the Vice President of Finance Canada, the Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for paying suppliers in accordance with Schluter Systems policies. With their exceptional attention to detail and command of current accounting softwares, the Accounts Payable Clerk focuses heavily on freight bills and employee expenses. **Responsibilities** - Receive and send credit card statements to cardholders - Review and analyze all expenses to ensure they comply with company policy - Process all non-credit card employee expense/reimbursements - Extrapolate taxes and properly code the invoices for posting - Contact vendors for missing invoices - Handle customs related issues **Competencies** - DEC in Accounting, or other related fields - 1 to 3 years of experience in a related position - Bilingual, both oral and written - Familiarity with accounting softwares (Portolan an asset) - Demonstrates strong attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and maintain a high level of organization - Ability to work both autonomously and within a team **Benefits** - Generous PTO policy - Health & Dental Insurance - Pension Contribution - Bi-annual Bonus Structure - Wellness Program - Career Growth & Development Opportunities - Hybrid Work Schedule **About Schluter-Systems Canada** Schluter®-Systems is a family-owned and internationally renowned company that has been rapidly growing over the last 10 years.
