What are we looking for from you?
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and results-oriented work ethic
- An ability to self-monitor progress on project goals and employ corrective actions as necessary
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented work ethic
- Able to work both independently and within a team environment

Customer Service Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming phone calls by customers
- Build reliable, professional relationships with clients
- Provide accurate and reliable information to customers using the right methods
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Follow organizations communication procedure
- Provide introductory information to new customers
- Troubleshooting issues about a product or service

**Salary**: $41,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
