- Proven experience in construction painting with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Experience with both residential and commercial painting projects is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods while working
