We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to manage the movement of inventory within our warehouse and between our store, customers, and suppliers. This role is critical to keeping our operations running smoothly—handling everything from incoming shipments to building pallets for large orders, organizing stock on the sales floor, and even making deliveries when needed.

You’ll work closely with our Sales, Ecommerce, and Operations teams to ensure customers receive orders quickly and accurately. If you enjoy physical, hands-on work and want to be part of a high-performing team in the woodworking tools industry, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**Your day-to-day duties may include:

- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and organize stock in designated areas
- Manage warehouse layout and product placement for efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain product organization and stock levels on the sales floor
- Prepare and pack orders for customers (in-store and ecommerce)
- Build and modify pallets for large or special shipments as required
- Organize shipments from Ultimate Tools or coordinate drop-shipments directly to customers
- Deliver products to local depots or customers as needed (Class 5 license required)
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Assist with returns, including restocking or documenting non-sellable items
- Collaborate with Sales and Ecommerce teams to troubleshoot order or stock issues
- Perform routine stock counts and support inventory accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all safety protocols and loading/unloading procedures

**Qualifications & Requirements**To thrive in this role, you should be able to:

- Lift up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly throughout your shift
- Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Use technology confidently, including scanners, label printers, Excel, and inventory/order systems
- Build or break down pallets using safe and efficient methods
- Work independently while staying aligned with company priorities
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Have a valid Class 5 driver’s license (delivery experience is an asset)
- Forklift certification is a plus—but we can provide training if needed
- Experience in shipping/receiving, warehousing, or inventory management is preferred
- Familiarity with woodworking tools and materials is an asset, but not required
- Steel-toe shoes required

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
