Pro-Tec Industries has an opening for a Shop Foreman in one of its Regina locations. **Responsibilities**: This position’s primary purpose is to facilitate the development of the business and service initiatives that ensure efficiency and effectiveness for customer fleet operations. You’ll also be responsible for demonstrating great leadership abilities, including coaching, and mentoring your team. **Job Skills/Requirements**: - Proficiency in building business through customer service. - Comprehension of work orders and information flow through to invoicing. - Extensive **knowledge** of procedures and techniques used in inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, fabricating and maintaining equipment and vehicles. - Proficient **ability** to perform mechanical or fabrication work on mid-range diesel, gasoline and propane-powered vehicles, and related systems. - Strong knowledge of electrical 12-volt and 120-volt systems - Approve the release of equipment for delivery to the customer. - Valid Class 5 driver’s licence - Ability to lift up to 50lbs * - Provide the shop team clear expectations, encouragement, motivation, and collaboration to meet and exceed goals. - Build great teamwork to enhance accuracy, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction. **Who we are**: Our mission: "We engage to facilitate optimal _**effectiveness**_ and _**efficiency**_ in fleet operations."
