**Transdev is now hiring a Casual Payroll /Admin Assistant for our Abbotsford, BC location.**

We are offering a competitive hourly pay of $21.91/hour

**Your role**:

- **Payroll Processing**:

- Assist in processing bi-weekly payroll.
- Handle payroll corrections and adjustments.
- Process overtime.
- **Data Management**:

- Perform data entry tasks.
- Create and update shift templates.
- Add and update schedules in ADP on a quarterly basis.
- Scan and upload documents.
- Regularly update ADP with necessary changes.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- File documents.
- Complete any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Organizational Skills**:

- Ability to manage and organize large volumes of information with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- **Payroll Proficiency**:

- Experience in compiling, validating, and analyzing time and payroll data.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**:

- Capacity to exercise sound judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive and private information.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with both internal and external audiences.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Proficiency in using the MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- **ADP Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with ADP's Workforce Now (WFN) platform is considered an asset.

**Your profile**:

- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- **ADP Experience**: Previous experience with ADP (preferred).
- **Data Entry**: Solid data entry skills are required.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette; ability to respond and present professionally.
- **Organization**: Highly organized and able to work with mínimal supervision.
