**Job Description - Warehouse Supervisor**

**Job Requirements**:

- Ensure all products are shipped out accurately on a timely basis.
- Oversee daily material handling operations, while controlling and managing receiving, product storage and material handling throughout the plant.
- Ensure receiving (internal/external) is accurate, paperwork is correct and recorded.
- Match shipping paperwork daily and process invoices for internal and external customers.
- Experience with driving Reach Truck
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock film levels for departments.
- Conduct monthly and year end physical inventories.
- Manage Maintenance of all fork lifts and warehouse racking
- Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short
- and long-term performance goals
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly inspections
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow TCF’s health and safety rules, policies, work instructions and SOPs
- Additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications / Characteristics**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Computer proficiency with ERP, MS Office
- Must possess excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communications.
- Ability to work in a moderate to cold working environment.
- Ability to remain flexible and adapt to fluctuating work requirements.
- Ability to work overtime and weekend as needed to complete all assigned tasks/duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
