**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Packaging**: Prepare and package products according to established guidelines and specifications, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and securely packed for shipping.
- **Order Picking**: Accurately pick products based on order specifications, verifying product codes and quantities to fulfill customer orders.
- **Palletizing**: Safely and efficiently stack and wrap pallets according to company standards, ensuring stability and protection of goods during transit.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging and report any issues to the Packaging Supervisor.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in inventory counts, maintain packaging supplies, and keep accurate records of packaged goods.
- **Workplace Organization**: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work effectively with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Suggest improvements to processes and participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance job knowledge and performance.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a warehouse, packaging, or order fulfillment environment is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and effective communication skills.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
- **Attributes**: Reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $19.95-$21.00 per hour
