Welcome to the future of Early Learning Our newly built, modern licensed childcare facility in West Hillhurst is looking to expand our pool of **On-Call Educators (Level 1, 2, or 3)** to support our world-class team. As a member of our on-call roster, you’ll step in to ensure continuity of care and learning whenever coverage is needed.

Blüm Childcare Academy is a child-centric program rooted in Montessori and Reggio Emilia principles. Our beautifully designed, clutter-free classrooms are intentional learning spaces that promote calm, independence, and creativity.

As an On-Call Educator, you will:

- Provide consistent, nurturing care and engaging supervision
- Support classroom routines and assist with learning activities
- Communicate respectfully with students, families, and fellow educators
- Maintain a safe, tidy, and stimulating classroom environment
- Step into various age groups and classrooms with adaptability and a warm presence

**Required Qualifications**:

- Alberta Child Care Certification (Level 1, 2 or 3)
- Current Police Clearance with Vulnerable Sector Check (within the past 8 weeks)
- Valid First Aid & CPR (AHS-approved)

**Bonus Skills**:

- Effective communicator and team collaborator
- Interest in or familiarity with Montessori and Reggio philosophies
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-standard environment
- Flexible, dependable, and professional

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $16.00-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 40 per week
