Scheduling Coordinator

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate appointment schedules for customer, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize phone systems to handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is required; experience in a dental office is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detail in proofreading documents.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to manage individual tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with scheduling software or tools is a plus but not mandatory.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.69-$20.00 per hour
