**PROJECT MANAGER FOR COMMERCIAL GLAZING**

**About us**:
Baywest Glazing Systems Inc is an innovative, fabricator / installer of storefront, curtain wall, canopy and interior glass in the Fraser Valley and greater Vancouver areas. We are seeking a Project Manager to supervise our commercial glazing projects to the satisfaction of our growing clientele.

**Competencies**:

- A minimum of two years’ experience in commercial glazing project management
- Deep knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, interior glass, skylight systems
- High functioning computer skills (Excel, Word, Smartsheet etc)
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational abilities & attention to detail
- Comprehends construction drawings
- Good written and verbal communication skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Please customers by providing a high level of care & ownership of projects
- Be familiar with project requirements by studying plans, drawings, and specifications
- Plan and schedule work
- Order supplies and equipment to site & coordinate fabrication with plant manager
- Liaise with GC’s
- Be a resource to lead glazers & on-site supervisors
- Submit monthly billing, change orders
- Oversee project performance, complete deficiencies, and QC issues
- Deliver projects on budget in a timely manner

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
