**Job Description**:
Our company is seeking a Logistic Coordinator to oversee the transportation of a wide variety of products from one location to another. We are looking for organized, detail-oriented, self-driven individuals with a commitment to excellence and a proven history of success in logistics. Fundamental knowledge of dispatching and cross-docking procedures would be an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with customers and team members to coordinate and manage the successful pick-up and delivery of orders.
- Accurate and timely order entry into the TMS.
- Manifest outbound loads in both internal and external TMS platforms.
- Track and trace orders within our network and provide timely updates to customers and team members.
- Provide rates to customers based on established company pricing tariffs and programs.
- Manage customer service and complaints with the utmost level of courtesy and professionalism.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient with AS400 an asset
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Suite) an asset
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
