AECOM North Bay is hiring a OH&S Advisor.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Review, document and mitigate safety-related challenges associated with projects.
- Review scope of work and confirm appropriate training requirements for staff activities on projects.
- Assist in the development of all safety-related plans compiled in advance of the AECOM Project Team (including subconsultants) mobilizing to sites.
- Review and participate in discussions related to the constructability of bridge replacement alternatives and strategies.
- Develop and “build-in” safety infrastructure elements as part of projects, with supporting “Safety Considerations” documents being provided with project deliverables.
- Develop supporting specifications and / or constraints for Contract Packages to ensure safety practices and concepts are maintained during construction.

Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor Degree + 12 years of relevant experience in Occupational Health and Safety for infrastructure projects OR Technical Diploma + 14 years of relevant experience OR Highschool + 16 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in MTO highway and bridge construction projects,
- Experience leading Health and Safety for multi-discipline engineering teams in design and construction projects
