Location: 80 & 90 Camelot Lane, Halifax, NS

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all daily building operations
- Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns promptly
- Show available units, screen applicants, and handle move-in/move-out inspections
- Sign leases with tenants
- Collect rents and deliver to the main office; follow up on late payments
- Perform minor outdoor maintenance (e.g. lawn care, litter pickup)
- Ensure all utility and storage rooms are clean and organized at all times
- Perform snow removal and salt walkways and entry areas as needed
- Coordinate with snow plow contractors for parking lot clearing
- Supervise contractors and ensure work is completed to standard
- Work with head office to assign and close out tenant work orders
- Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancy Act

**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential property management
- Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
- Capable of performing light maintenance tasks
- Able to clean vacated units thoroughly when necessary (apartments must be spotless and ready for new tenants)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and emergency situations
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
