We are seeking an experienced videographer to join our fast growing company In this role you will play a key part in the performance of our team by creating high-converting videos for paid social media advertising campaigns, managing our content pipeline, and helping shape our brand image.

Our innovative solutions empower dealers to enhance their customer acquisition strategies, resulting in increased sales and growth. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Videographer to join our team and lead us into an exciting phase of growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative strategies to achieve marketing objectives
- Produce a consistent pipeline of videos for paid social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube)
- Analyze results and leverage data to enhance creative performance
- Own UGC (user generated content) projects - including finding creators, briefing, communicating, and reviewing final shots
- Conduct market research and stay up to date on social content best practices
- Work collaboratively with other team members to understand the needs of each client
- Plan, film, and edit corporate training and branded videos
- Manage and organize digital files, ensuring easy access and retrieval

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a videographer and digital content producer
- Proficient in video editing software such as Premiere or similar
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and coordinate several projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently
- Strong understanding of social media advertising best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem solver and fast learner
- Valid Driver’s License required
- A passion for innovation and a commitment to driving change in the industry

**Bonus Points**:

- Personal videography equipment is not required but considered an asset
- Experience in drone filming, with a valid drone operating license
- Experience in performance marketing and conversion rate optimization

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
