**Responsibilities**:
- Booking appointments and calendar management for the leasing agents
- Manage weekly/monthly/yearly traffic reports - liaise with agents to collect and maintain accurate data (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ensure website and online advertising is current with real-time information
- Prepare and review legal contracts, internal forms and policy documents
- Setting up new tenants in Yardi
- Assisting tenants and property managers with utility set-up
**Requirements**:
- Minimum two years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role
- Organized and detail-oriented, with an ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability in time management and managing multiple and conflicting priorities
- Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency and able to work extra hours when needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of office procedures and processes and highly skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Prior experience in leasing or residential property management is an asset
- Knowledge of Yardi is an asset
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license as occasional travel within the Greater Toronto Area is required
