**About Roy Foss**:
For 60+ years, the Roy Foss Automotive Group has been a cornerstone of the community. At our Woodbridge location, we service Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac vehicles. We have a large client database, and we need your help to keep up with customer demand

**Highlights of the position**:

- Handle client service appointments.
- Complete vehicle walk-arounds.
- Write client repair orders and assist with diagnosing service issues.
- Present maintenance schedule recommendations.
- Prepare time and price estimates for service and parts.
- Process client payments.
- Schedule future service appointments.
- Support with service and parts initiatives and processes as required.
- Advises customers about necessary service for routine maintenance
- Confers with customers about inspection results, recommends corrective procedures, and prepares work order for needed repairs
- Explains the work performed and the repair order charges to the customer

**REQUIREMENTS**
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
- Two to Three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Automotive dealership or similar experience a definite asset
- Valid G Driver’s License and clean Driver's Abstract
