International Auto Group (IAG) boast seven dealerships across the GTA which encompasses 10 legendary brands.

IAG is seeking an enthusiastic, confident, positive, self-motivated team member who is looking to embark on an exciting career at **Coventry North Jaguar Land Rover as a Jr. Service Advisor**.

We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong desire to succeed.

**Job Duties**:

- Meet/greet customers in person or on phone
- Arrange prompt and accurate diagnosis of reported problem
- Make best-value repair recommendations based upon nature of the problem
- Make recommendations for preventative maintenance
- Maintain documentation, including invoices, work orders, reports etc.
- Follow up progress of each repair order during the day, contact customers regarding changes in estimate or time promised
- Take 'ownership' and accepts accountability for delivering outstanding service levels, sales results customer service experiences
- Deliver vehicles to customers and answer any questions, review work performed and explain charges and coverage
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
- Additional duties as assigned
- Automotive Service Advisor experience or preferred experience in a similar role
- Ability to work as a part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build lasting relationships
- Ability to multi task and work well under pressure
- Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers
- Experience with PBS software is considered an asset
- Valid G class drivers license and a clean driving record

**This position is ideal for someone who has previous experience as a service appointment co-ordinator, service reception, mechanic’s apprentice, parts counter sales or similar positions and who is looking to move to the lucrative service advisor position.**
