**Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, organized workspace will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining area, and kitchen.
- Handle food preparation tasks in accordance with food safety standards.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing customer orders and payments.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Uphold food handling practices to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all customers.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Experience with cashiering and operating POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and beverage crafting.

Pay: $19.29-$21.89 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
