We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Digital Consulting, to lead and develop our business in providing digital consultancy services to the Operational Technology (OT) sector in industrial settings. You'll be a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader, capable of driving business growth. This role focuses on delivering consultancy services in OT cybersecurity, digital power systems, automation, telecom and industrial IT as well as collaborating with our advisory business line.

Business development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the OT sector
Develop and implement strategies to expand our digital consultancy services
Client engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand their needs and provide tailored digital solutions to enhance their operational efficiency and security
Service delivery
Oversee the delivery of consultancy services in OT cybersecurity, digital power systems, automation, telecom and industrial IT
Ensure high-quality and timely execution of projects
Team leadership
Recruit, mentor and manage a local team of digital consultants
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
Sales and marketing
Serve as a seller-doer, actively participating in sales activities while also delivering consultancy services
Develop marketing strategies to promote our digital consultancy offerings
Industry expertise
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the OT sector
Provide thought leadership and insights to clients and the internal team
Project management
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they're completed on time, within scope and on budget

Summary of certifications and job requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology or a related field. An MBA degree is preferred
Proven experience in digital consultancy, specifically within the OT sector
Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity, digital power systems, automation, telecom and industrial IT
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business development strategies
Excellent leadership and team-building skills
Strong communication and soft skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel, as needed
