**HR Technology Solutions Manager **to our team

**What you'll do**:
- Main point of contact for HR Technology support for Employee Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development.
- Provide support through gathering business requirements, configuration, testing and deployment, as well as trouble-shooting and resolving user questions and systems requests
- Identifies business process requirements and process improvements and works with the process owner to evaluate, prioritize and implement updates.
- Enables and supports efficient processes and the use of HR data that leads to assessing the quality of HR data.
- Provides data and analysis support within the HRIS team. Automates to the extent possible.
- Develops customized reports and statistical analyses of workforce data.
- Performs testing (i.e. for system upgrades) and issue resolution.
- Coaches and trains end users including onboarding new HR employees.
- Other duties as required.
**What skills you will require**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting HR systems with a focus on Employee Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development.
- Must be authorized to work in the US OR Canada.
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
**Preferred**:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working closely with Oracle Cloud HCM system preferred.
- Specific experience preferred with: Employee Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Oracle Cloud HCM, Reporting solutions and other HRIS systems.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills that can identify and assess moderately complex issues and identify opportunities that support the business.
- Solid decision making skills; seeking guidance and support on more challenging issues.
- Experience with managing complex HR systems deployment projects.
- Team player that can work in a collaborative environment.
