_**Centennial Place,**_ _a 128-bed state-of-the-art Long Term Care Home located in the village of Millbrook is known for is caring and skilled staff and high standards of care._

Reporting the to the Administrator, the **Office Manager** will be responsible for performing designated on-site financial functions for the Home, providing administrative support to the management team, and delivering quality customer-service to our residents and their families.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performs designated payroll and benefit related functions, serving as support and liaison to Head Office payroll administration
- Providing on-site financial support through duties not limited to: preparing and making deposits, reviewing and coding payable invoices, maintaining administrative petty cash, and maintaining Trust Accounts
- Responsible for billing and management of resident accounts
- Provides efficient and responsive administrative support to the management team including scheduling meetings, assisting in WSIB claims, distributing pay stubs, tracking absenteeism and maintaining resident and staff lists.
- Ensures that administration files are maintained in an organized and efficient manner at all times

**Qualifications**:

- A degree or diploma in Business Administration; Accounting or equivalent related experience is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an aptitude for learning new software required
- Prior experience in simple bookkeeping and payroll functions preferred
- Must be organized, self-motivated, able to meet deadlines and possess exemplary customer service skills
