Analyze inventory levels of warehouses, plan immediate and future merchandise needs from sales forecasts and coordinate the stages of freight transportation.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Analyze inventory levels and reallocate them according to priorities and needs
- Check sales forecast reports and place orders accordingly
- Ensure efficient replenishment and avoid/eliminate back orders
- Identify priority products and slow-moving products
- Compile inventory reports
- Identify discrepancies in inventory and provide solutions
- Coordinate deliveries overseas and track the movement of the goods
- Coordinate customs procedures
- Quickly identify slow movements that could cause delivery delays
- Maintain all shipping data and ensure rapid updating of information
- Develop and manage good business relationships with shipping companies
- Compile information regarding transportation costs

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**
- DEC
- Bilingual with a strong English
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a purchasing or replenishment department
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel software
- Experience in inventory analysis is a definite asset
- Practical experience with landed cost, customs taxes and the receipt of goods, is a definite asset
- Experience at a distributor is a definite asset

Analyser les niveaux de stocks des entrepôts, planifier les besoins immédiats et futurs en marchandises à partir des prévisions de ventes et coordonner les étapes du transport de marchandises.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Analyser les niveaux de stocks et les réaffecter en fonction des priorités et des besoins
- Vérifier les rapports de prévisions de ventes et passer des commandes en conséquence
- Assurer un réapprovisionnement efficace et éviter / éliminer les commandes en souffrance
- Identifier les produits prioritaires et les produits lents
- Compiler des rapports d'inventaire
- Identifier les écarts dans l'inventaire et proposer des solutions
- Coordonner les livraisons à l'étranger et suivre le mouvement des marchandises
- Coordonner les procédures douanières
- Identifiez rapidement les mouvements lents qui pourraient entraîner des retards de livraison
- Maintenir toutes les données d'expédition et assurer une mise à jour rapide des informations
- Développer et gérer de bonnes relations d'affaires avec les compagnies maritimes
- Compiler des informations sur les frais de transport

**ÉDUCATION, EXPÉRIENCE ET COMPÉTENCES**
- DÉC
- Bilingue avec un anglais fort
- 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un service achats ou réapprovisionnement
- Connaissance intermédiaire à avancée des logiciels Excel
- Expérience en analyse d'inventaire est un atout certain
- Une expérience pratique du coût au débarquement, des taxes douanières et de la réception des marchandises, est un atout certain
- L'expérience chez un distributeur est un atout certain
