We are looking for a Retail Analyst & Inventory Management Coordinator to fulfill a full-time position in our growing Department. We are looking for someone who is a team player, dependable and demonstrates great work ethic.

The Retail Analyst & Inventory Management Coordinator is responsible for making sure that various documents, lists, calendars and reports are meticulously maintained. The Retail analyst & Inventory Management Coordinator will have standard daily, weekly and monthly tasks, and will be asked to offer additional administrative support based on department needs.

Reporting to the VP of Buying Operations, the Retail Analyst & Inventory Management Coordinator is also encouraged to identify any system or workflow issues and make suggestions to better the department and/or the support we offer other departments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Continuous analyzing market trends and reports
- Creating and updating documents and reports
- Allocation of merchandise
- Assess the replenishment needs on a daily basis, based on current actual sales
- Performance analysis on a weekly, monthly and seasonal

Qualifications:

- Bilingualism - French and English - written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Highly analytical skills
- Rigorous attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Flexibility with regard to job responsibilities

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of the retail industry
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business with strong academic track record
- Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau

L’Analyste en vente au détail et gestion d'inventaire est chargé de s'assurer que les divers documents, listes, calendriers et rapports sont méticuleusement tenus à jour. Le coordonnateur ou la coordonnatrice Analyste en vente au détail et gestion d'inventaire aura des tâches quotidiennes, hebdomadaires et mensuelles normales et devra offrir un soutien administratif supplémentaire en fonction des besoins du département.

Relevant du Vice‐président des opérations d'achat, l’analyste en vente au détail et gestion d'inventaire est également encouragé à identifier tout problème de système ou de flux de travail et à faire des suggestions pour améliorer le département et/ou le soutien que nous offrons aux autres département.

Responsabilités:

- Analyser en permanence les tendances et les rapports du marché
- Allocation de la marchandise
- Évaluer les besoins de réapprovisionnement sur une base quotidienne, en fonction des ventes réelles actuelles.
- Analyse des performances sur une base hebdomadaire, mensuelle et saisonnière.
- Création et mise à jour de documents et rapports

Qualifications:

- Bilinguisme - français et anglais - écrit et oral
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches et à travailler sous pression
- Grande capacité d'analyse
- Attention rigoureuse aux détails
- Grande capacité d'organisation
- Flexibilité en ce qui concerne les responsabilités professionnelles

Exigences:

- Connaissance du secteur de la vente au détail
- Baccalauréat ou diplôme supérieur en commerce avec de solides antécédents universitaires.
- Connaissance de Power BI/Tableau
