If you want to be part of tomorrow’s health today, we want to hear from you.Section A – Specific ResponsibilitiesAct as a business partner in inventory management and control with the Distribution Center Operations group, the centralized inventory team, and the accounts payable team.Perform analyses and prepare reports on buying and holding margins as well as other distribution revenues (O.D.R.).Support the centralized inventory team in the analysis of breakages, losses on returns, and other margin-related items to ensure proper accountability and follow-up of required actions.Support the centralized inventory team in analyzing reconciliations of inventory balance sheet accounts.Perform analysis of inventory adjustments, including cycle counts, and ensure follow-up of required actions with distribution center managers.Actively participate in supporting distribution center inventory teams in inventory management and control.Recommend improvements to internal inventory controls as needed.Develop analyses to better meet the business needs in inventory control.Support internal and external customers with inventory-related requests.Participate in the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts of margins (buying/holding).Participate in invoicing customers for special agreements as needed (COVID, vaccines) and ensure proper processing and accounting.Perform other tasks as requested by the supervisor.Section B – Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience.Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.Strong analytical skills.Bilingual (French and English).Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.Adept at managing change and working as part of a team.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and AS400.Attention to detail.Note: The incumbent will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States and must be proficient in spoken and written English.Equity and InclusionMcKesson welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities.
