**Responsibilities**:

- Fill and organize orders for shipment, deliveries, and pick-up.
- Receive shipments, verify content quality and proper unloading procedure.
- Stock new parts and retrieve purchased parts as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to service technicians, customers and wholesale purchasers requesting parts.
- Assist in parts sales with customers and provide information about accessories and other related information.
- Act as Parts Driver to pick-up and drop off parts as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent listening, communication and organization skills;
- Ability to interpret material provided by management and other sources;
- Able to prioritize and multi-task effectively;
- Stamina to stand during work hours;
- Capable of carrying parts up to 100 lbs.;
- Computer literate;
- High School Diploma;
- 1-2 years’ related experience;
- Basic understanding of automotive parts.
- Good concentration while driving
- Experience driving automatic and manual transmission

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON L6L 6R5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
