Kingston Dodge is looking for a **Sales Manager** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:
- Consistent, enthusiastic and effective leadership that facilitates the development of a highly productive sales department;
- Conducts regular sales meetings, huddles and sessions with fellow managers and sales team to ensure the department is operating efficiently and profitably;
- Hourly/daily manage staff through the use of technology, CRM and DMS systems;
- Able to analyze and crunch sales data to show forecasting methodology is aligned with annual sales goals;
- Assist/lead daily training for sales staff;
- Effectively communicate and enforce dealership policies and procedures to staff;
- Assist/Lead the performance review and goal-setting for individual sales staff and work with fellow managers to ensure success;
- Identify opportunities with product, promotions or staff to help enhance marketing efforts;
- Have a strong basis in result measurements such as: closing ratios/rates, promotional ROI, inventory turn analysis, etc;
- Present numbers to customers and close sales
- Intervene and resolve escalated client situations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $80,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
