Medical Receptionist/Administrator Career opportunity for a Medical Receptionist at Southcentre Health & Wellness. The clinic is well-established, fast-paced and believes in a patient-centered approach. We are open 7 days a week and located in South Calgary inside Southcentre Mall. We consist of 5 Chiropractors, an Acupuncturist, and a team of Massage Therapists. **Details**: We are looking for a highly motivated, open-minded individual who exudes positivity. We want you to have fun while working and at the same time do whatever it takes to give our patient's a "red carpet experience." - Building exceptional patient relationships. - Communicating with practitioners and patients to ensure continuity of care. - Maintain practitioners’ schedules - Manage patient flow, receive and direct patients as well as assist them with completing forms, where necessary. - Complete daily/weekly/monthly/yearly reporting as requested by the Owner or Manager - Submit claims to insurance companies. - Collect and post payments from patients and insurance companies. - Provide administrative and clerical support to all practitioners in the clinic. - Organize, audit, maintain, scan and filing of paper and/or electronic files. - Maintain and clean reception area and Chiropractic treatment rooms. - Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the Employee. **Qualifications**: - Takes initiative - Positive - Needs to be energetic - Have a passion for helping people - Must be super high communicators, not only with clients but with your teammates - Administrative experience, an asset **Job Type**: Part-time Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Dental care - Extended health care - On-site parking - Store discount - Wellness program Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Morning shift - Weekends as needed **Experience**: - Administrative: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
