The Day of Coordinator will work directly with the Food & Beverage Operations team, and the Special Events Coordinator to provide event execution coverage, as required for our special events functions.The key responsibility will be to directly communicate and liaise with all special event clients, and with all members of our operational teams, to ensure the successful execution of client functions placing an emphasis on ensuring client satisfaction and delivering genuine lifetime experiences.

**Job Functions**:

- Responsible for conducting wedding ceremony rehearsals and ceremonies, swiftly resolving client or vendor concerns, with a focus on flawless execution and customer satisfaction on the day of the wedding.
- Collaborate closely with the Special Events Design Coordinator to guarantee room setup aligns with Banquet Event Orders.
- In coordination with the Special Events Coordinator, oversee event execution for assigned events, maintaining continuous communication with operational departments and the client throughout the entire event.
- Coordinate the expedition of food and beverage service for assigned special events with the support of the Special Events Coordinator, Culinary team, and Support team.
- Proactively report any cleanliness concerns in bar and food service areas before, during, and after event execution to the Special Events Coordinator.
- Responsible for prioritizing client satisfaction and safety, while promptly addressing and resolving any guest concerns.
- Preserve high-quality service through the establishment and rigorous enforcement of organizational standards.
- Develop a working relationship within the company that will attain and maintain a high level of employee morale.
- Maintain a close liaison among all department heads.
- Conduct themselves in such a manner to encourage fellow employees to follow, thus enhancing the status of the position and that of the company.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
